Durante i quattro anni in cui il primo Deoxys si stava rigenerando, [[Tory Lund]] fa amicizia con una forma di energia che in realtà è il secondo. Il Deoxys porpora-cristallo è molto protettivo verso il cristallo verde che contiene il suo amico, come mostrato nello scontro con Rayquaza. Il Deoxys verde-cristallo, invece, è molto estroverso e interagisce con chiunque.
The purple-crystal Deoxys is shown to be very protective towards the green crystal which contained the Deoxys as shown during the battle with Rayquaza. On the other hand, the green-crystal Deoxys is very interactive towards anyone.
